I was tasked to design and illustrate a series of style frames for a series of short videos featuring deaths in history that were caused by Nature.

Given the sombre and often graphic nature of the subject matter, we adopted a minimal color palette and hand drawn illustrations for the style frames. The characters were drawn in a semi-realistic way, with richly illustrated environments, so that viewers can immerse themselves in the suspense and subsequent horror brought forth by these historical events.
